Richard Davis
Richard Davis is a co-founder of Maycrest Capital. Richard has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company since its inception and oversees the strategic direction of the Company. As Chief Investment Officer (CIO), he is also the final decision-maker for all investment and portfolio decisions. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics. He worked in the treasury departments of two global banks in Europe. Richard's background encompasses both the trading of financial instruments and the development of risk management, pricing, and back-office software for complex financial instruments. |
Maria Davis - COO and CCO

Maria Davis
Maria is a co-founder of Maycrest Capital. She has joined Maycrest Capital as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2017. Maria is responsible for the implementation of the Company's business strategies, as well as the day-to-day management of Maycrest Capital. In July 2018, Maria has taken on the responsibilities of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Maria holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a Master of Accountancy degree. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Florida. Maria held positions as an associate director at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and as a National Office partner of Deloitte. |
